D'Meranggi is a calm oasis right in the middle of traditional village is en-suite with a private balcony overlooking a delightfully lush river and nature forest.
We offer a blend of modern facilities merged with traditional touches... a beautiful hand-carved Balinese door, minimalis furnishings and a simple modern bathroom.
The room is non-smoking and our daily housekeeping includes fresh Towels.
Sit on the the balcon with a cup of coffee and a book, or your laptop. It's a great place for re-charge your O2 by the peaceful sound of the river .

About Mas Village

Mas village, only 5 Km south of central of Ubud is named for the colour of a beautiful and ancient flowering tree, "Tangi" growing in the temple grounds of the famous Pura Taman Pule. Mas means gold or yellow in colour and this was the inspiration for the name of our village "MAS".
Taman Pule temple was built by the Hindu priest "Dang Hyang Nirartha" around the 15 century AD , and this temple was regarded as "Pasraman" or home of Dang Hyang Nirartha. The population of Mas village is almost 11,800 people with most taditionally employed as wood carvers, farmers or as dancers and musicians. Since the growth of tourism in Bali, more people now work in the tourism industry, either as tour guides, in hospitality and as hosts for our wonderful Home-Stay program where tourists can stay with local Balinese in their homes or a guest house and experience village life.
